La Cubana has received the Drac Award for Lifetime Achievement, presented annually by RAC1 and RAC105, and we couldn’t be happier… or more surprised.

The award was accepted by Jordi Milán, who —as expected— took the opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of La Cubana over the years, and especially the audience, who have always trusted us and joined us on all our theatrical adventures.

The gala —hosted by the ever-energetic Marc Giró— ended exactly as it should: with a star appearance by the Maritrinis Reunidas de Catalunya, delivering an absolutely spectacular and delightfully unceremonious performance.

Thank you for the recognition, but above all… thank you for letting us keep making theatre.
